As founder and senior partner, Alan D. Rosenberg has led the firm’s day-to-day operations for more than 35 years and has been instrumental in managing many of the firm’s long-term client relationships, some spanning more than 30 years.

Alan graduated with honors from New York University and received his MA degree in Taxation from the City University of New York’s Baruch College while working with a Big 4 firm. Alan has taught college-level accounting and is an active member of many accounting and non-accounting related organizations.
